Welcome to our Canadian Industrial Real Estate blog. My name is Ian Gragtmans and I am Vice President, Business Development for Team CRESST. Based in Toronto and part of Colliers International, we are widely recognized as the most experienced industrial real estate brokerage team in Canada. We are and have been responsible for the execution of large industrial real estate and land transactions throughout North America.

The intention of this blog is to share perspectives, trends, happenings, transactions and ideas surrounding the world of industrial real estate as well as to share thoughts and best practices that we find helpful in educating ourselves. We encourage feedback, questions and general commentary upon which we together can build an information hub and centralized resource accessible to those that have interest in understanding more.

We won’t be selling our services or soliciting business through our blog postings but encourage you to explore our strategic thinking on ongoing or future projects you may be involved in or are aware of. The team members that will be posting along with me are Gord Cook, SVP/Director, Jon Brohman, Land Development Specialist and Ryan Thomson, Transaction Manager.
