2008 NAIOP REX AWARDS
February 25th, 2009The academy awards of real estate, the 2008 NAIOP REX Awards were handed out in Toronto last night. Team CRESST, along with our partners AMB Property Corporation won in both the categories in which we were entered:
1. Industrial Lease of the Year :
AMB’s lease with 3M Canada Company of 309,000 sq. ft. at 2751 Peddie Road, Milton, Ontario. Once complete, this facility will be one of the first LEED certified industrial buildings in Canada.
2. Industrial Development of the Year :
AMB’s Milton 401 Business Park - a master planned 3-building business park in Milton, Ontario, totalling over 966,000 sq. ft., which includes the 3M building at 2751 Peddie Road.
