recently been recognized by the National Association of Office and
Industrial Properties (NAIOP) for our involvement in what has been awarded
the distinguished title of Industrial Lease of the Year. The NAIOP Real
Estate Excellence Awards are the most prestigious standards of achievement
within the office and industrial real estate industry in Greater Toronto.
The Industrial Lease of the Year Award goes to the team responsible for
negotiating the best industrial lease of the year, based on the complexity
and creativity of the deal and the use of innovative and creative solution
to reach stated objectives as well as significance / size of the
